Principle Logistics Group Names Xeros as President
Principle Logistics Group, a Fort Worth-based, strategic planning and transportation logistics and management company, has announced the hiring of Dean Xeros as their new president.
In his role, Xeros will be responsible for leading an aggressive re-launch of the former Principle Transport Group, which will include the offering of a wider range and more technologically sophisticated range of logistics tools and efficiencies.
Bringing more than 30 years of proven logistics, sales, and business development experience to Principle Logistics Group, Xeros will focus on the company’s strategic management services, streamlining an already industry-leading transportation and logistics infrastructure, accelerating the level of data management and intelligence capabilities, and making sure that Principle’s customer service is second to none.
Xeros has acquired extensive experience particularly in the logistics space working in a variety of strategic and management roles, including Distribution Manager at Boise Cascade, Director of Marketing and Business Development at AMR Distribution Systems, Vice President of Service Delivery and Vice President of Business Development at Dependable Auto Shippers, and Vice President of Sales and Senior Vice President of Enterprise Strategy at uShip.
Prior to joining Principle Logistics Group, Xeros founded the Constantine Group, a consulting firm that helps startups with revenue generation, marketing, and corporate transformation with an emphasis on ongoing analysis, measurable execution, and customized solutions to meet organizational objectives.
One of Xeros’ favorite passions has been as a volunteer and leader at Austin Street Center, a poverty alleviation outreach ministry, where he has served for almost 20 years, working with meal distribution efforts, teaching Sunday School, and organizing multiple fundraising efforts.
Xeros earned a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University.
