Golar LNG to Appoint Sir Frank Chapman as Chairman
Rolls-Royce Holdings plc reports that Golar LNG Limited has announced its intention to propose the appointment of Sir Frank Chapman as its Chairman, conditional upon the closing of the Secondary Offering recently announced by Golar LNG Limited.
Sir Frank Chapman is a non-executive director, and chair of the safety and ethics committees, of Rolls-Royce Holdings plc.
This disclosure is made pursuant to paragraph 9.6.14 (2) of the Listing Rules. Golar LNG Limited is listed on the NASDAQ Stock Market.
