Libya's internationally recognised government has appointed Naji al-Maghrabi as chairman of its state oil firm NOC based in the east of the country, an oil official said on Saturday. Nigerian oil workers' unions have called off a four-day strike after reaching a deal with the government in a dispute over pensions, they said on Saturday.
