CEMS Opening Visakhapatnam Labs

Shortly after announcing the launch of its labs in Mumbai, Center of Excellence in Maritime & Shipbuilding (CEMS), a startup in skill development for maritime and shipbuilding sector, has announced readiness of its labs in Visakhapatnam.CEMS is promoted by Indian Register of Shipping (IRClass) in partnership with Siemens and support from Sagarmala, Ministry of Shipping. San Diego Launches Blue Tech Vision

City and County is an important step in defining San Diego as a leading global maritime technology center with major growth prospects.”   The joint action by San Diego City Council and the County Board of Supervisors supports the development of a business incubator that will support new and startup blue technology companies.
