Sinclair Joins M2 Subsea

Technip Recertified to Gender Equality Standards

Technip entities in Brazil, France and Italy have been recertified to the EDGE (Economic Dividends for Gender Equality) global standard for gender equality in the workplace, including the group’s headquarters and the Innovation and Technology center both located in Paris, as well as Technip’s manufacturing plants in Le Trait, France, and Vitoria, Brazil. With Australia, Malaysia, the U.K., United Arab Emirates and the U.S. certified last year, Technip counts eight countries EDGE Certified and remains the first and only company in the energy industry to achieve this certification.   ED

Bannerman Named CFO at M² Subsea

ROV services provider M² Subsea has appointed Stuart Bannerman as the company’s new chief financial officer.   Bannerman brings more than 30 years of executive management experience to the business, having held previous roles as chief operating officer for BW Offshore, chief financial officer position at Remedial Offshore and regional CFO position at Technip.

Harkand Appoints GM for Africa

North America and Africa operations headquarters in Houston and will lead the company’s continued expansion into the region working closely with its consortium partners.    According to Harkand, the assignment builds on its successes in the region including the recent contract award by Technip in Ghana providing survey services and the one year contract for a major oil and gas operator to deliver ROV, project management, engineering and technical support services in Nigeria.   The company said it is focused on continuing its growth in Africa to incorporate the complete Harkand

OIS Names Shellard Managing Director in Aberdeen

more than 16 years of experience in offshore construction and subsea engineering. He joined OIS as vice president, operations, in December 2014, and helped lead OIS’ recent well decommissioning campaign with Centrica Energy and Antrim Energy. Prior to joining OIS, Shellard was project director at Technip Offshore Wind Ltd, where he oversaw all projects and tenders in the company’s cables and marine renewables sector.
