The National Marine Representatives Association (NMRA) has awarded two scholarships of $2,500 each to students pursuing education in the marine trades beginning this fall.

NMRA has actively contributed to the future of the marine industry by awarding marine trades education scholarships annually since 2008.

Pearl Farley of Asheville, NC will attend the Northwest School of Wooden Boatbuilding. Bernard Dawson of Shepherdsville, KY will attend the Great Lakes Boat Building School.

Founded in 1960, NMRA is a professional organization for independent marine industry sales representatives.
