MacArtney Group recently reinforced its sales activities in the South American and Swedish markets.

A long-standing cornerstone of the MacArtney strategy is to continuously strengthen their global outreach and customer support through strategic local presence in key markets. The fact of selling and supporting products and systems locally provides MacArtney’s customers access to rapid response to enquiries and mobilisation of service. This dedication to local presence will be of key importance to the success of the two new operations representing MacArtney products and systems.

MacArtney – South America Operations is headed by Søren Skifter Christensen, a Dane who is a permanent resident in Chile where he has been working for the past 15 years. Søren was previously a Danish Commercial Attaché in Chile and is experienced in business development and promotion of Danish companies in South America. Søren lives in Santiago de Chile.

MacArtney – Sweden Operations is headed by Emil Andersson who will be focusing on system sales in the Swedish market. Emil has lots of experience with underwater technology, having been working with this field in Swedish and Australian companies during the past 10 years. Emil is a graduate engineer having a background within sonar and underwater video technology. Emil resides in Mölnlycke, Sweden.

In their capacities as MacArtney representatives, the new operations get access to the entire range of MacArtney products, systems and integrated solutions, working with the MacArtney Group headquarters in Esbjerg, Denmark. Today the MacArtney Underwater Technology Group runs 20 Group operations supplemented by a distributor network of 25 companies spread across the world.
