Aker Arctic Offering Summer Internships

Finland's Aker Arctic Technology said it will have several summer internship positions in ship design and ice model testing disciplines available for summer 2020.
The Helsinki-based independent company specializes in the development, design and engineering of icebreakers, ice-going vessels, offshore marine structures and ports, and operates an inhouse ice model testing facility.
Those studying or with a background in naval architecture, ice mechanics, mechanical engineering, hydrodynamics or a related subject, who are interested in arctic technology are encouraged to apply, the company said.
