, has been hired as the Vice President of Fleet Performance of the Liberian International Ship and Corporate Registry (LISCR) at Headquarters in Dulles, VA.Boyle recently retired after 20 years in the United States Coast Guard (USCG) where he last served as the Chief, Port State Control division at USCG Headquarters. Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) says that Hall brings maritime and piracy analytic experience to the association. For the past three and a half years, Hall was Senior Analyst with the Homeland Security Studies and Analysis Institute (HSSAI), supporting DHS S&T, USCG Headquarters, USCG Atlantic Area, and the National Strike Force Coordination Center.
