Noble Corp Names Butz CFO

London-headquartered offshore drilling contractor Noble Corporation has appointed Stephen M. Butz as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective December 19, 2019.From 2014 until its merger with Ensco plc, Butz served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Rowan Companies. From 2005 – 2014, he served in various roles at Hercules Offshore, most recently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.  Prior to that, Butz worked as an equity research analyst covering various energy related industries and as a commercial banker.

Darling, Parker join Tidewater

Resources Management and Labor Relations from the New York Institute of Technology.  Parker joins the company with over 13 years of experience in domestic and international accounting and taxation. Prior to his appointment with Tidewater, Parker served as Senior International Tax Manager for Rowan Companies Inc. since 2008, where he was responsible for global tax planning. Tidewater Names Rynd President, CEO

of Hercules Offshore from 2008 through 2016. Prior to his time with Hercules, Rynd spent 11 years with Noble Drilling Services, Inc., where he served in a variety of management roles. Earlier in his career, he served in various roles of increasing levels of responsibility with Chiles Offshore and Rowan Companies.     Rynd served as Chairman of the National Ocean Industries Association (NOIA) from 2014-15 and currently holds an Ex-Officio position on the Executive Committee. Rowan Appoints Butz CFO

Rowan Companies (NYSE: RDC) appointed Stephen M.
