Crew Change Hubs Could Help Address Seafarer Crisis, Says MAJ

Seafarers will take center stage today at the offices of the Maritime Authority of Jamaica (MAJ) as it hosts a Seafarers’ Appreciation Day in celebration of the International Day of the Seafarer.
