DOF Chairman to Resign after 18 Years in Position
Norwegian offshore vessel operator DOF has said Helge Møgster will be resigning from the Board of Directors in DOF ASA following the upcoming ordinary General Meeting, after 18 years in the role as Chairman. He will also resign as chairman in DOF Subsea AS. DOF said it will be proposed to the general meeting of both DOF ASA and DOF Subsea AS that Hans Olav Lindal replaces Helge Møgster as chairman of the two companies. Seatronics Names Group QHSE Coordinator
Seatronics Ltd. has appointed Joanne Keilloh as the group’s new coordinator for quality, health, safety, environment (QHSE). Based in Aberdeen, Keilloh will lead the QHSE function within the Seatronics Group and Acteon sister company, J2 Subsea. She will support the companies’ global bases in driving QHSE strategy and culture alongside local QHSE representatives. Keilloh holds experience in QHSE from previous roles with Bibby Offshore and DOF Subsea.
Lewis Promoted to Nautronix Marketing Manager
Nautronix for two years as senior marketing coordinator, has been promoted to marketing manager and will be responsible for managing Nautronix’ branding and marketing strategy.
