With 20 years of industry experience, Padiyar has worked with Goltens Dubai for the previous eight years as Senior Sales Manager overseeing key accounts in the Middle East and Asia Pacific regions. Prior to joining Goltens he was employed as Section Head Commercial and Sales for Abu Dhabi Ship Building, and started his professional career as a Design Engineer for AB Marine Consulting. Abu Dhabi Ship Building Launches Trainee Program
Abu Dhabi Ship Building PJSC (ADSB) has launched a training and development program which is designed to prepare young Emiratis for careers in the shipbuilding and repair industry. There are currently 40 trainees enrolled in the first class of the technician development program which provides young Emirati talent with the skills to become professional mechanical and electrical technicians. It includes both technical English and technical development skills. Trainees will receive 1,120 hours of theoretical and practical training over nine months through higher colleges of technology.
