PREVCO Subsea Seeks Mechanical Ocean Engineer

PREVCO Subsea, LLC is seeking a Mechanical/Ocean Engineer to work in Fountain Hills, Arizona.
 
PREVCO Subsea is a subsea engineering consultancy, specializing in submersible pressure vessels, instrumentation housings, junction boxes, underwater camera housings, underwater housings, subsea housings pressure relief valves and other subsea enclosures and accessories.
 
The company is looking for candidates with the following minimum requirements: Mechanical Ocean Engineer (BA Required, minimum five years' experience preferred), as well as hands-on, independent engineer to specify, design, aid in assembly and test subsea housings. Expertise with Excel spreadsheets and macros is a plus.
 
Responsibilities to include CAD mechanical design (Solidworks experience preferred); structural analysis, including FEA; addressing salt water corrosion and prevention; seal design and testing; new product development; and small project management, dealing directly with customers and vendors.
