Global Maritime Appoints Indonesia Country Manager

Global Maritime, a provider of marine warranty, dynamic positioning and engineering services to the offshore sector, has appointed Oliver Stettner as Country Manager for Indonesia. Stettner will be tasked with growing Global Maritime’s Indonesian business as well as spearheading the company’s renewables efforts across the Asia Pacific.
 
Stettner is an engineer who has extensive experience in hydrodynamic and structural analysis and marine warranty surveying, particularly in the offshore wind industry. While based in Global Maritime’s Hamburg office, Stettner played a key role in supporting high profile renewables projects, such as the Gode Wind I+II offshore wind farms and the grid connection cluster Westlich Adlergrund.
 
Stettner holds M.Sc. degrees in Offshore and Dredging Engineering from Delft University of Technology and in Wind Energy from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
