US Census Bureau Names Kelly FTD Chief

The U.S. Census Bureau announced the selection of Dale Kelly as the new Foreign Trade Division (FTD) Chief. Kelly is responsible for directing the plans and programs that provide the infrastructure for producing the monthly U.S. International Trade in Goods and Services (FT-900) Report, facilitating the implementation of security policy and providing data management support to other Economic Directorate programs.
