Changes at Teekay's top deck
Teekay Tankers Ltd. (Teekay Tankers or the Company) announced today the following changes to its Board Audit Committee: • Richard D. Paterson has been appointed as the new Chair of the Audit Committee, effective March 15, 2018. • William Lawes has stepped down as Audit Committee Chair, but remains on the Audit Committee and Board. Mr. Paterson joined the Board of Directors of Teekay Tankers on August 1, 2017. Andrade Named CFO at Teekay Tankers
Stewart Andrade has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of Teekay Tankers, succeeding Vince Lok who will remain Teekay Corporation’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Andrade joined Teekay in 2002 and has worked in several senior roles across the organization. His most recent role was Vice President, Strategy and Business Development for Teekay’s tanker business, a position he has held since December 2015. boards, including the Gard P&I Club Board since 2007 and is the Chairman of Tanker Investments Ltd. Evensen will also retire from his positions as CEO and CFO of Teekay LNG Partners L.P. and Teekay Offshore Partners L.P. and his board positions at Teekay, Teekay LNG, Teekay Offshore and Teekay Tankers Ltd. He will be retained as an advisor following his retirement to help with the transition. Furthermore, Ingvild Sæther will be appointed President and CEO of Teekay Offshore Group Ltd. in place of Hvid; and Mark Kremin will be appointed President and CEO of Teekay Gas Group Ltd
