Kwan re-elected vice chair, Vancouver Fraser Port Authority board

The Vancouver Fraser Port Authority board of directors has re-elected Eugene Kwan as vice chair for a third term commencing March 25, 2018. Mr. Kwan was appointed to the board of directors by the federal minister of transport as recommended by the Port User Group Nominating Committee.
