  Keppel Corporation Limited (Keppel Corporation) announced that Mr Tony Chew Leong-Chee, Non-Executive and Independent Director, will be retiring from the Board of Directors of Keppel Corporation on 1 May 2015. Mr Chew will concurrently cease to be Chairman of the Nominating Committee and member of the Audit Committee. Keppel Comes Out Tops at WSH Awards

Keppel Group has clinched 35 awards at this year's Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Awards, organized by the Workplace Safety and Health Council (WSHC) and Ministry of Manpower (MOM), Singapore. Keppel Wins SBM FPSO Conversion Deal

As energy markets start to rebound, Keppel Shipyard Ltd. secured a Floating Production Storage and Offloading vessel (FPSO) conversion contract from  SBM Offshore N.V. (SBM Offshore). The contract calls for a VLCC to be converted into an FPSO, to be deployed to the Liza field, located approximately 193km offshore Guyana in the Stabroek block. The shipyard's work scope includes refurbishment and life extension works, such as the upgrading of living quarters, fabrication and installation of spread mooring systems, as well as the installation and integration of topside modules. 17 Keppel Employees Pay for Petrobras Bribery Case

Keppel Corp's rig-building unit has taken disciplinary action against 17 current and former employees as part of its Brazil bribery case, a U.S. court document showed, including $8.9 million of financial sanctions, demotions and departures. The measures were revealed after the Singapore-based company agreed to pay $422 million to settle charges it bribed Brazilian officials, including some at state-run oil company Petrobras.
