Reed Smith Adds Two Shipping Partners

Her knowledge extends to the offshore sector where she handles disputes arising from drilling, FPSO and supply vessel contracts. Sarma is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University and Columbia Law School. She was recruited to the firm in 2015 to fill a specific need in New York for partner-level skills across litigation, transactional and regulatory shipping matters. Prior to joining WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, he held project and program management positions with other maritime and international engineering firms in the Pacific Northwest.   A licensed professional engineer in Washington state, Reed received an M.S. in civil engineering from Johns Hopkins University and a B.S. in civil engineering from Montana State University. His professional affiliations include the American Society of Civil Engineers.
