Dr. Andreas Strecker, 56, was appointed as a member of the Board of Management of DEUTZ AG, effective 1 March 2018, and will assume responsibility for Finance, Purchasing, Human Resources and Information Services from 1 April 2018. He succeeds former CFO Dr. Margarete Haase, 64, whose contract ends on April 30 2018. Dr. Strecker previously worked in managerial positions in the Bus and Controlling units of the Daimler Group, most notably for many years as the President and CEO of Daimler Buses North America. Hapag-Lloyd Names Haeser Next CCO

Container shipping line Hapag-Lloyd AG’s supervisory board has appointed Thorsten Haeser as a new executive board member in charge of Hapag-Lloyd’s global sales activities as chief commercial officer (CCO). Haeser, a law graduate, is currently managing director of Versatel GmbH, a company owned by United Internet AG. Andrey Voronov has started as MMTs representative in Russia from May 1, 2017, responsible primarily for increasing MMT’s regional presence in Russia and strengthen business relations on this market. Foster Wheeler Signs Agreement With BOC to Replace Heat Exchangers

Foster Wheeler AG announced today that a subsidiary of its Global Engineering and Construction Group has signed an engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCm) services agreement with BOC, a member of the Linde Group, for the installation of replacement heat exchangers at BOC’s Teesport facility, Teesside, in northeast England.
