Preece Named Managing Director at CWind
Mark Preece has been appointed Managing Director of CWind, the Global Marine Group (GMG) offshore renewable business. Preece, who has extensive experience in the offshore and maritime sectors, joined CWind on an interim basis late in 2017. He has formerly served as Executive Vice Chairman at PDi Ltd, CEO of CEONA Offshore and CEO of Reef Subsea.
CWind CEO Resigns, Andrews Steps up as MD
Offshore wind services provider CWind announced that its CEO, Chris Randle, has decided to leave the group to pursue opportunities outside the company. Lee Andrews has accepted the position as Managing Director for CWind, moving up from his current role as Operations Director with immediate effect. Randle will serve in an advisory capacity during the transition.
Hansen Named CWind Strategy & Sales Director
CWind, a provider of services to the offshore wind industry, has appointment of Henrik Hansen to the new role of Strategy & Sales Director with immediate effect. CWind Appoints Global Head of SHEQ

Hooker, Marschner Join CWind Sales Team
CWind has appointed Ben Hooker as Sales Manager U.K. and Stefan Marschner as Sales Manager Germany. Andrews to Lead CWind’s O&M Division
Lee Andrews has been appointed as CWind’s new global head of operations for maintenance and asset management (O&M) services. Andrews joins CWind from Siemens Energy where he started his career as an apprentice technician 25 years ago and progressed through increasingly senior roles culminating in the role of Head of Installation Technicians and Site Management Group Siemens UK, in the wind energy division which he held for the last four years. CWind Names Thomsen Global Head of Sales
